This machine can be set to the following format: KS 84mm or 100mm packs ( 2 high x 5 wide collation)
in US or European style cartons
Features to include:
- Donor Machines are stripped to component level
- All Bearings, Bushes, Seals, Drive Belts / Chains etc are replaced with Brand New regardless of condition
- Re-assembly then commences utilising standard New Equipment Build Procedures – Each Sub Assembly is thoroughly tested for correct operation before incorporation into the main machine.
- Machine Beds are primed and spray painted to required colour
- Electrics / Electronics replaced with Brand New Control Panel complete with full PLC Control System, Motor Starters, Inter-face relays
- Motors are replaced with either Brand New
- When completed will be fitted with new Furniture / Guarding covering all moving parts
- Safety Interlocks are fitted to meet current safety regulations
